Warm-Up

  • - 5 min light jog
  • - Dynamic stretches: leg swings, high knees, butt kicks (30 seconds each)
  • - 2 rounds of: 10 air squats, 10 lunges (5 each leg), and 10 arm circles (5 each direction)

Recovery

  • - 5 min walk or easy jog
  • - Stretch out calves and quads for 5 minutes

Mobility

  • - Hip openers: 10 reps per side
  • - Toe touches: 10 reps, hold each for 2 seconds
  • - Ankle circles: 10 reps in each direction per ankle
