Running Speed

Warm-Up

  • - 10-minute easy jog to gradually elevate heart rate
  • - Dynamic stretches: leg swings (front and side), high knees, butt kicks
  • - 3 rounds of: 10 air squats, 10 push-ups, 10 walking lunges

Recovery

  • - 5-10 minutes of light jogging or brisk walking to lower heart rate
  • - Stretching focusing on hip flexors, hamstrings, and shoulders

Mobility

  • - Foam roll quadriceps and calves for 5 minutes
  • - Ankle mobility drills for 5 minutes
